I also love this pattern, but was sad to come across an article by “Lead Free Mama” on the high levels of lead in the colorful patterns of Corelle pre-2005. I’ve linked the article below. Sadly reading it made me decide to get rid of all my beloved vintage dinnerware. I don’t mean to be a downer, just wanted to spread the word.

Does anyone know when Corelle stopped making the cups with the hook handles or when they started replacing all the cups that matched the dishes with the stoneware ones?

When my parents got married, they received that dinnerware as a gift in 1972. More than 50 years have passed, and we still have it. Those green flowers accompanied my childhood. A few days ago, I saw on an Instagram account a cow entering a kitchen and eating off those plates.

We received 10 place settings of Spring Blossom for wedding gifts in 1974. I also have salt and pepper set and butter dish. Serving platter serving dishes and mixing bowls. They still look as good as they did 50 years ago and I have used them every day.

And even though I just found out recently about the lead I plan to continue to use them.

I love them and still have and using the Corningware that we received also.

I love Corelle too! They're light, durable and stacks nicely, taking up little space 🙂

I love the Amalfi collection!
